St. Laurence Church is hiring a new bookkeeper.


St. Laurence Church is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with three to five years of experience in budgeting and accounting. QuickBooks accounting software knowledge proficiency desired.

This position will report directly to the Pastor and indirectly to the Finance Council.

Duties for the position will include:

  • Cash deposits
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Journal Entries
  • Monthly Financial Reports

The St. Laurence bookkeeper works closely with the diocese accounting department to ensure entries are accurate.


An Associate degree or minimum of two years of related work experience is preferred.

Quickbooks experience

Position is part-time 20-25 hours per week.
